A unique three-wing conference building serves as the focal point of this office for advertising agency Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners West. The structure houses four meeting rooms, each with a unique configuration and material quality. 

Acoustically sealed folding doors separating the three wings can be opened to merge the rooms into a single meeting hall. At the center of the office is a green carpet-clad phone booth structure for conference calls. Other special features include an indoor garden, a sixteen foot dining counter, and a stadium stair that, in addition to providing access to the mezzanine, becomes a place for company-wide meetings and informal gatherings.
