A new restaurant in an existing Type 1 tenant space creates − with the addition of a new mezzanine − a comfortable atmosphere of varying seating areas and eclectic decor. 

The relaxed layout is finished with natural and salvaged materials, and furnished with found objects. Sustainably harvested trees were reconstructed in the front double-height space, framing views of the central stone fireplace. Custom triple-hung wood windows set into the existing aluminum storefront flood the space with light and allow dramatic views both inside and out.
